Job Title: Technical Recruiter Experience: 3+ Years Location: Hyderabad (WFO-5 days) Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates. Keep up with market trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging technologies. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruiting. Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks . Experience hiring for Data Engineers, AWS Engineers, Snowflake Developers, Cloud DBAs, and AI/ML roles is highly desirable. Solid understanding of technical roles and terminologies.
