About the Role:

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition (75% Technical, 10% Non-Technical India):

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, primarily in the Indian market.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Leverage various sourcing methods including Google X-Ray, social media sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, etc.), and internal ATS.

  • Global Hiring Support (10% USA Support):

    • Support US hiring initiatives by understanding time zones, communication nuances, and basic compliance.
    • Identify and engage passive talent in the US tech market.

  • HR Operations (5%):

    • Assist in onboarding, employee engagement, and basic HR coordination activities as required.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven expertise in

    talent sourcing and Candidate engagement

    .
  • Expertise in Candidate / Hiring / Self Data Management (Using Excel, Airable, Drive)
  • Strong proficiency in

    Google X-Ray

    and

    social media sourcing

    techniques.
  • Solid understanding of

    technical roles and technologies

    .
  • Excellent communication and

    stakeholder management

    skills.
  • Working knowledge of

    USA hiring practices

    .

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to or understanding of the

    healthcare domain

    .
  • Prior recruitment experience in a

    product-based company

    .
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives and global hiring trends.
