Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed) + Incentives

Job Description:

Benda Infotech is hiring Technical Recruiters with experience in US IT Staffing to join our night shift team in Newtown, Kolkata. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for our US-based clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Screen and assess candidates' technical skills and communication.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Negotiate pay rates with candidates and close positions effectively.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Meet daily and weekly hiring targets.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Sound knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Familiarity with US time zones and work culture.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST).
