Technical Recruiter - US Staffing

Location: On-site Noida

Hours: Eastern Time Zone (6:30pm - 3:30am IST)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize our ATS (JobDiva) agent search, Boolean search, and various job portals (Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate research to build a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future hiring needs.
• Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through effective screening processes.
• Ensure the submission of high-quality candidates by validating and verifying candidate information.
• Regularly update candidate status and progress to facilitate efficient recruitment processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 - 3 years of technical recruitment experience.
• Exceptional skills in identifying qualified resumes from job boards like Dice and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience working with JobDiva is a plus.
• Familiarity with Boolean search, ATS agent search, and various job portals.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sourcing methods.
