Job Description

We are seeking a Tech Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent in the system integration space. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the recruitment process.

Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding.

Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes.

Qualifications

✅ Experience: 4+ years in technical recruiting, preferably in system integration or IT services.

✅ Skills: Strong sourcing abilities, ATS proficiency, and excellent communication.

✅ Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud computing, networking, or related fields.

✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Application/ IT/ B. Tech or a relevant field.
