Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Support in posting job openings on various platforms
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment-related activities
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

    HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes (preferred)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Knowledge of ATS or recruitment tools
  • Interest in HR and talent acquisition domain
