Hi Job seekers, we have Opening for IT Recruiter, Company :SP Software pvt ltd Notice period: immediate joiner Location :Hyderabad(Gachibowli, telecom nagar) Work mode :WFO Walk in Timings:3PM-05.00PM Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding) Post job openings on appropriate job boards, social media, and other platforms Source candidates through databases, social media, referrals, and networking Conduct initial screening and assess candidate qualifications Monitor and report on recruitment metrics Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in Contract / C2H recruitment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously Preferred Skills: Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
