Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for IT roles
  • Must have exp in C2H Staffing
  • Conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.


Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills 1
