Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and implement a recruitment strategy.

• Source, attract, and screening candidates based on a well-detailed strategy.

• Collaborate with staff members or clients to understand what is required for specific technical roles.

• Conduct interviews using a variety of different methods

• Create a shortlist of candidates.

• Pipelining candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.

• Full Life cycle recruiting of technical professionals for contract, full-time and direct Hire roles.

• Should have knowledge about ATS and VMS.

• Worked on MSP’s Requirement.

• Utilizing Job Board and creative sourcing techniques to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in IT.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 year of experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment

• Working as a 360 Consultant, you will need to build relationships with both clients and candidates alike.

• Should have extensive experience working on IT roles

• Proficiency with LinkedIn recruiter and Bullhorn

• Additionally, Candidate should have outgoing personality an

• Excellent Interpersonal and extrovert personality.

• Should have strong candidate relationship skills demonstrated through strong communication.

• Proficiency with Various VMS Systems such as Fieldglass, Beeline etc.
