About Role:

IT Recruiter

Your Role at a Glance:

  • Understand job descriptions and technical requirements from hiring managers.
  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed), networking, employee referrals, and campus drives.
  • Screen candidates for technical fitness, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
  • Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate details and recruitment stages.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and SLAs.

The Expertise You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 2– 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of IT skills & technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, ERP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Tools

  • Job Portals: Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • ATS Tools: Keka, Zoho Recruit, or similar.
