Job Title: Sr. IT Recruiter / IT Recruiter

About the Role

Sr. IT Recruiters / IT Recruiters

Locations:

  • Hyderabad 2 Positions

  • Mumbai 2 Positions

Required Qualifications

  • For IT Recruiter:

    1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • For Sr. IT Recruiter:

    2-4 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, preferably in C2C and C2H
  • Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

For Both Roles:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and technical requirements.
  • Source and attract top IT talent through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting, sourcing, and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified IT professionals (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.).
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay current with IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

Additional Responsibilities for Sr. IT Recruiter:

  • Lead and manage high-priority or niche technical hiring projects.
  • Partner closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters to enhance team performance.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Analyse hiring metrics to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
