About the Role

Engineering/Manufacturing/Clinical Research/Life science/Pharma Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements within engineering/manufacturing/healthcare functions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional associations, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering and manufacturing professionals for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment metrics using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Represent the company at career fairs, technical meetups, and industry networking events.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 37 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on engineering/manufacturing/healthcare roles.
• Strong understanding of technical skills and job functions in above domains.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Experience using ATS, HR systems, and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Interview Tips:

Need to know key Skills like - C, C++, Clinical Research & Regulatory Affairs, Data Science, AI, QA/QC, Robotics & Automations, Chip design & verification, Embedded System, Networking, WLAN/WAN/Datacom, Aviation, etc

Strong experience in sourcing, Boolean search, advanced search on job portals

Should be a go-getter who has flair of understanding the assigned task and get it done with no much follow ups

Should perform assigned work with precision, speed and fast, and accuracy and have the capability to submit 10-12 resumes per day
