Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, Human Resources, Business, etc.).
• Willing to Work in Rotational shift
• Strong interest in and passion for recruitment and the IT industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.
• Basic knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and industry terminology is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
