Technical Recruiter in Noida

To identify, engage, and close high-quality technical talent by combining portal sourcing with strong networking, headhunting, and domain-specific talent mapping, resulting in better selection ratios and reduced hiring time. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source candidates, and ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to understand job descriptions, business needs, and required skill sets.
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and campus drives).
• Leverage your own database, social network, and personal connections to find high-quality candidates, not just relying on Naukri/LinkedIn alone.
• Develop and maintain a strong pool of candidates for recurring roles in software development, Sales, ERP, CRM, .NET, Java, Python, Cloud, AI/ML, and other key technologies.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess technical depth and communication skills before sharing with clients.
• Share only qualified and relevant profiles, improving the shortlisting-to-interview ratio.
• Track and share weekly progress reports on sourcing strategy, resume conversion, and client feedback.
• Collaborate with internal technical panels for screening or assessments if needed.
• Maintain updated records in the ATS and ensure smooth candidate engagement and experience.
