Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, and hiring. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in technical recruiting for software development roles is a must
