Technical Recruiter

Description- Candidate with 5+ years experience in Tech Hiring with renowned Organisations.

• Source candidates through various channels (referrals, job advertising, direct sourcing, etc.).
• Screen candidates for qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Facilitate interview rounds, document feedback, and handle offer issuance.
• Manage pre-onboarding, including document collection and checklist completion.
• Ensure timely updates on candidate status in HRMS or email.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and interview questions.
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with Leads and HR team members.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment
• Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
• Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
• Excellent with Excel and PPT.
• Should be well versed with Market Insights/Competitors etc.
• Excellent comm skills.
