We are currently looking for Technical Recruiters to join our rapidly growing team. If you are a passionate recruiter with a keen eye for talent and a strong understanding of technology, this role is for you. As a Technical Recruiter at Claidroid Technologies, your role will involve taking the lead in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent for some of the most advanced roles in the industry. Your responsibilities will include partnering with senior management to identify job openings and technical requirements, writing and posting engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms, screening and interviewing applicants to assess technical skills and cultural fit, coordinating with third-party agencies for background checks and verifications, managing offers, paperwork, and onboarding processes efficiently, and maintaining HR records while ensuring adherence to recruitment timelines. To be successful in this role, you should have a Masters/Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field, a strong understanding of technology and technical roles, proven experience with recruitment processes and platforms, excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills. This full-time position is located in Thane, India.
