Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

• Understand the company's technical hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, profiles, and interview processes.

Sourcing & Pipeline Management

• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong technical talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Screening & Selection

• Conduct technical prescreens and assess candidates for both hard and soft skills.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams.
• Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers and candidates.

Employer Branding

• Promote the companys employer brand through engaging job ads, social media content, and participation in tech events or job fairs.

Data & Reporting

• Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Provide weekly/monthly hiring progress updates to HR leadership.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
• Support onboarding activities in collaboration with HR and IT.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical roles.
• Proven success in hiring software engineers, developers, DevOps, data scientists, or IT roles.
