Technical Recruiter

Job Title: Technical Recruiter Experience: 1+ Year Location: Indore Company: Vected Technologies Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end IT/technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: Understand technical job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements. Source potential candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate technical competencies. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal databases. Manage the offer process, negotiate salary, and coordinate pre-boarding activities. Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Stay updated with the latest trends in technology hiring and market standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field. 1 year of proven experience in technical recruitment (preferably in IT services or tech startups). Good understanding of technical roles (e.g., Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, etc.). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho Recruit, or similar tools. Basic understanding of technical stacks like Java, Python, JavaScript, etc. Prior experience hiring for software development or product-based companies is a plus.
