At Brunel, We are looking for an experienced IT recruiter/Technical recruiter to join our HR department. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT talent. As an IT recruiter, you are responsible for evaluating and selecting candidates with the right cultural fit and skills that are vital to our companys growth. Your roles & responsibilities : Creating and posting job descriptions. Sourcing potential candidates through various platforms. Conducting pre-screening calls for analyzing applicants’ abilities Conducting interviews through various methods Coordinating with Client to forecast their departments hiring needs Sending personalized recruiting emails for current job openings Build database of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Manage the end-to-end process of screening potential candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring smooth onboarding. Preferred candidate profile : Having a degree in human resource management or relevant field Having prior experience in technical recruitment , have in-depth knowledge of various skillsets and tech stacks, staying updated on various industry trends and technologies for at least 3+ years to 5 years Experienced with different interview format Technically expert that has the ability to understand and explain the job requirements Having familiarity with applicant tracking systems Exceptional verbal and written communication skills interested candidates can share your resume to : g.pavitra@brunel.net
