Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates
• Source potential candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, internal databases, referrals, and networking
• Conduct screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring teams
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
• Maintain candidate data and daily reports
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the process

Qualifications

• Any degree (Graduation is a must)
• 0–2 years of experience in IT Recruitment (Freshers with strong interest in hiring may apply)
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the IT recruitment space
