Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers and IT leadership to understand infrastructure hiring needs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for IT Infra roles.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
Stay updated with the latest trends in IT infrastructure and market talent availability.
Maintain candidate data and reports using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other tools.
Coordinate with external vendors or staffing agencies if needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
47 years of experience in IT or technical recruiting, preferably in infrastructure.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and technologies.
Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, etc.) and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
