Role Overview: As a Technical Recruiter at ALIQAN Technologies, you will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment process. Your main focus will be sourcing and hiring top talent for technical roles. It will be crucial for you to develop effective recruitment strategies and maintain excellent communication with candidates and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full-life cycle recruitment process - Source and hire top talent for technical roles - Develop effective recruitment strategies - Maintain strong communication with candidates and stakeholders - Collaborate closely with hiring managers for a seamless recruitment experience Qualifications Required: - Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Hiring - Proficiency in Recruiting and candidate sourcing - Strong Communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in an on-site office environment - Knowledge of IT industry roles and technical requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Hands-on experience with ATS and/or different job boards,
