Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Leadership

• Architect and oversee development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using

  .NET Core, Java, React/Angular, Web APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases

• Lead

  cloud-native application development and migration

  on

  Azure/AWS

  , leveraging services like AKS, App Services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Drive adoption of

  DevSecOps

  , microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ensure adherence to

  coding standards, performance optimization

  , and

  security best practices

Program & Project Management

• Lead

  multi-million-dollar programs

  with full ownership of

  scope, schedule, budget, and quality

• Implement

  Agile/SAFe

  methodologies across distributed teams; facilitate PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and release planning
• Define and track

  KPIs, OKRs, and DORA metrics

  to drive delivery excellence
• Manage

  risk, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), and change control

  in regulated environments (BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance)

People & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor

  cross-functional teams (30+ engineers)

  across geographies
• Foster a culture of

  innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with

  product owners, architects, and C-level stakeholders

  to align technology with business goals
• Drive

  talent development

  , performance management, and succession planning

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in

  software engineering and technical project/program management

• Proven track record in

  .NET/Java full-stack development

  ,

  cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

  , and

  Agile delivery

• Strong experience with

  Azure DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, and API management

• Hands-on experience in

  leading large-scale digital transformation

  and

  cloud migration programs and experienced on fixed bid projects

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skills

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP
