Technical Project Manager

As a Project Manager, your role will involve planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. You will be responsible for defining project scope and schedule, organizing and leading project status meetings, and preparing progress reports. It will be important for you to manage risks, correct deviations from plans, and perform delivery planning for assigned projects. Additionally, you will play a key role in team development, holding teams accountable for their commitments, and removing roadblocks to their work. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the Product Owner in managing customer expectations, stakeholder communications, and helping implement an effective project governance system. You will define and manage a project management process, champion process improvement initiatives, and promote empowerment of the team to ensure high-quality deliverables within a sustainable pace. In your capacity as a Project Manager, you will coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and scope. This will involve overseeing all project aspects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. You will be required to prepare reports for upper management, work directly with clients to ensure deliverables meet scope and budget requirements, and collaborate with other departments to ensure project compatibility.
