Technical Project Manager

to lead the multi-site deployment of a Production Scheduling Application across global locations, including North America and Europe. This role requires exceptional expertise in managing cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, and technology integrations across planning and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and experienced in delivering large-scale transformation programs within manufacturing or supply chain environments.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of production scheduling solutions across multiple international sites.
  • Own project planning activities including scope, schedules, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with global teams and subject matter experts across SAP, DataStream, and external technology vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Direct execution of integration efforts between Kinaxis, Planet Together, SAP, and associated enterprise systems.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across regions including North America and Europe.
  • Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely milestone delivery.
  • Establish governance frameworks, conduct steering and review meetings, and deliver executive-level progress reporting.
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives, production processes, and supply chain operations.
  • Lead UAT cycles, change management efforts, deployment planning, and go-live readiness.
  • Oversee documentation, SOP development, knowledge transfer, and hypercare support post-deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12-18 years of professional experience, with 5-8 years specifically in Technical Project/Program Management.
  • Hands-on experience with production scheduling systems, supply chain planning tools, or manufacturing execution systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Kinaxis and/or Planet Together (preferred).
  • Proven background managing multi-vendor, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Solid understanding of relevant SAP production and supply chain modules.
  • Demonstrated experience executing large-scale global or multi-site rollouts.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and facilitate critical decisions.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile are desirable.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Manufacturing industries.
  • Exposure to global vendor management and offshore delivery frameworks.
  • Understanding of data migration, system integration, and scheduling algorithms.
