Technical Project Manager

What You’ll Do

• Translate product requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks.
• Define technical workflows so developers can execute with minimal blockers.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Agile/Scrum methods.
• Coordinate between product, design, and development teams to ensure alignment.
• Oversee technical quality by reviewing implementation approaches.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests efficiently.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation for processes, requirements, and releases.
• Facilitate standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Use tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp to track progress.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in project management with a technical background.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile development processes.
• Familiarity with PHP/Laravel, WordPress, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Ability to create detailed technical task breakdowns for developers.
• Experience managing remote development teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
