Excellent PM and Scrum Master skillsDisciplined with the teams and can command ways of workingUnderstands bp's working valuesCan multi-task across products within a PortfolioHas financial acumen and can work with the Portfolio OwnerSelf sufficient to push work forward after direction is givenIdentity & access management in security domain and SAP in security domain experience useful but not essential.Good planner and strong comms skills, get things done
