Job Description

Support Manager

Role Overview:

The Support Manager will oversee the maintenance and support of all live/production assets within the GCC ecosystem. This role acts as the primary liaison between functional and technical teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues across Power BI and data engineering layers.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:
Manage the maintenance and support of all live/production reporting and data assets.
Incident Management:
Oversee timely issue resolution and maintain continuous monitoring of incidents to ensure system health.
SLA & Escalation:
Track Service Level Agreements (SLAs), manage technical escalations, and ensure clear communication until issues are resolved.
Operational Efficiency:
Serve as the link between functional and technical teams to allow development teams to focus on new demands.
Continuous Improvement:
Analyse recurring problems to implement strategies that improve overall service quality and support efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in technical support management or project management, IT service delivery, or operations.
Technical Background:
Must have Data Analytics and Data Engineering background.
Working Hours:
12:00 PM IST - 09:00 PM IST (European Working Hours)
Technical Versatility:
Ability to coordinate resolutions for issues related to both Power BI dashboards and data engineering.
Leadership:
Strong capability in managing escalations and coordinating across multi-disciplinary technical teams.
Communication:
Proven ability to provide proactive updates and maintain clear communication channels between business and technical units.
Certification:
Good to have PMP and ITIL certifications but its optional.
