Technical Project Manager – Digital Infrastructure Setup

Job Title: Technical Project Manager Digital Infrastructure Setup Client: ISDM (Indian School of Development Management) Budget Open Location: Onsite at ISDMs new campus (exact location TBC), with stakeholder engagement across Delhi NCR. Job Type: Longterm Primary Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end project planning and execution for digital infrastructure setup at ISDM's new campus. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define deliverables, scope of work (SOW), and vendor engagement strategy. Oversee vendor activities related to: Network infrastructure: structured cabling, LAN/WAN, IP planning Cloud/hybrid systems: backup, DR, access management System integration: servers, storage, network components IT security: firewalls, encryption, compliance protocols Ensure timely delivery , quality standards, and alignment with ISDMs scalability and availability principles. Manage documentation, reporting, risk tracking , and lead all stakeholder communications. Act as single point of contact for ISDMs leadership, vendors, and internal departments. Primary Skills (Must-Have): Skill Area Proficiency Project Planning & Execution Advanced Vendor Management & Coordination Advanced Communication & Reporting Advanced Documentation & Risk Tracking Advanced Infrastructure Oversight (Network/Cloud) Operational IT Security & Compliance Operational Secondary Skills (Good to Have): Familiarity with IT procurement lifecycle Experience with hybrid cloud architecture Working knowledge of microservices vs monolithic frameworks Relevant Experience: 812 years overall experience in IT/Infra project management. Must have delivered at least 23 digital infrastructure projects end-to-end, preferably in campus, institutional, or enterprise environments. Experience coordinating multiple vendors, external integrators, and compliance audits is highly desirable. Certifications (Preferred): PMP / PRINCE2 ITIL Foundation Basic cloud certifications (AWS/Azure fundamentals) Onsite Visits & Coordination: Regular availability for site inspections and stakeholder reviews. Will be required to coordinate onsite and remote teams to ensure continuous progress tracking and issue resolution.
