Technical Project Manager

Experience Required:

• 4-6 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver software development projects end-to-end.
• Collaborate with development teams working on .NET and Node.js technologies.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, testing, and QA.
• Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and performance tracking.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams, clients, and management.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through effective QA planning and coordination.
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum methodology).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of total experience, including project management and hands-on tech exposure.
• Strong technical understanding of .NET, Node.js, and modern web technologies.
• Prior experience as a QA Lead or handling QA processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
