Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end software development

projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate will

optimize team utilization, drive revenue realization, and maintain client satisfaction

while leveraging Agile methodologies, technical expertise (Open Source, Mobile, AI tools),

and risk management strategies.

Key Area

Cost Management Deliver projects within budget, optimize resource allocation, and

minimize waste.

Schedule Adherence – Ensure on-time delivery using Agile (Scrum/Kanban), track

milestones, and mitigate delays.

Team Utilization – Maximize revenue-generating work, minimize bench time, and ensure

team productivity.

Quality Assurance – Implement best practices in development, testing, and deployment

for zero-defect deliverables.

Revenue Realization – Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and profitability

tracking.

Core Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Leadership – Own project execution from initiation to closure,

ensuring alignment with business goals.

Client & Stakeholder Management – Act as the primary POC, provide transparent

updates, and manage expectations.

Agile & Risk Management – Conduct Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and

proactively mitigate risks.

Technical Oversight – Guide teams on Open Source (React, Node.js), Mobile, and AI-

driven automation (JIRA, ChatGPT).

Process Improvement – Continuously refine workflows using retrospectives and data-

driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

• 3+ years in end-to-end IT Project Management (software development).

• 5+ years in development (Open Source, Mobile, or JavaScript frameworks preferred).

• Hands-on experience with Agile, JIRA, CI/CD, and version control (Git/SVN).

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Open Source (React, Angular, Node.js), Mobile

(iOS/Android), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, predictive analytics) for project

automation.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent client-facing communication & negotiation skills.

• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict resolution abilities.

Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory):

• PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
