What qualifications you will need:Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Android application development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Skills: Proficient in Kotlin with strong knowledge of the Android SDK and modern development practices. Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose for building responsive and modern UIs. Solid understanding of Android architectural patterns such as MVVM , including experience integrating GraphQL , REST APIs , and third-party libraries. Experience with local databases like SQLite , Room Strong grasp of DBMS concepts , SQL , data structures , and algorithms . Familiarity with Kotlin Coroutines , Kotlin Flow , and reactive programming concepts. Experience using ExoPlayer or other media frameworks, and creating rich, animated UI/UX in Jetpack Compose. Ability to handle offline data synchronization , background threading , and Android Services (WorkManager, JobScheduler, etc.). Knowledge of the Google Play Store deployment process , including signing, versioning, ProGuard, and release management. Strong skills in debugging , performance optimization , and memory management . Comfortable with Git , SVN , and tools like JIRA , Bitbucket , or GitHub for versioning and issue tracking. Experience in hardware integration (e.g., camera, sensors, Bluetooth) and implementing secure storage and access using the Android Keystore System . Experience with Flutter is a plus.
