Technical Project Manager

Join us and lead all technology delivery across PMS, CRM, automations, APIs, and vendor management for a fast-growing hospitality tech operation.

What You’ll Own

• Run daily standups, weekly sprint reviews, and sprint planning
• Convert business requirements into detailed BRDs, user stories & acceptance criteria
• Manage tech vendors, SLAs, timelines, and escalations
• Coordinate QC (outsourced) and ensure smooth Dev → QC → UAT → Production flow
• Oversee tools like Beds24 (PMS), Zoho CRM, OTA integrations, automation workflows
• Align with Reservations, Revenue, Ops, and Dubai leadership on all tech initiatives

Must-Have Experience

(Please apply only if you meet these)

• 5–8 years

   in Technical Project Management or Product Management
• Strong understanding of 

  APIs, integrations, CRM/PMS/SaaS systems

• Hands-on experience with sprints & Agile execution
• Strong documentation: BRDs, workflows, edge cases, acceptance criteria
• Vendor management experience
• High accountability, detail-oriented, zero-excuse mindset

• Onsite in Dehradun

Nice to Have

• Hospitality tech exposure
• Basic SQL/ETL/dashboard familiarity
• Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, Zoho)
