Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Strong experience in SDLC Proven success in delivering large-scale Banking/Fintech projects
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Expertise in payments, lending workflows, API integrations, and regulatory compliance
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and handling project budgets
Excellent communication and planning abilities
Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum are a plus Proficiency with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence
