Role Overview

Bizionic Technologies is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to oversee the execution of LetWizards technology and product roadmap. The TPM will manage distributed development teams, coordinate across functions, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at high quality.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical understanding, Agile execution, and cross-team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of LetWizards product and technical initiatives under Bizionics product management framework.
• Work closely with engineering teams to manage sprints, backlogs, and release cycles.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and milestones.
• Track project risks, dependencies, and progress; ensure stakeholder visibility.
• Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports for Bizionic leadership and investors.
• Coordinate with product, design, QA, DevOps, and marketing teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Ensure platform features meet quality, scalability, and compliance standards (India, US, UK, EU).
• Manage vendor deliverables and ensure smooth integration of third-party services.
• Drive process efficiency and best practices in Agile/DevOps execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4 - 7 years of proven technical project management experience (SaaS, prop-tech, fintech, or marketplace platforms preferred).
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, DevOps pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello).
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/OCI) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications preferred.
