• Project Estimation & Pre-sales:

  Work with business and technical teams to estimate effort, timelines, and delivery strategy.



• Team Leadership:

  Lead and inspire developers, designers, and QA teams across projects built on Sitecore, AEM, Umbraco, or Strapi.



• AI-Enabled Team Building:

  Help build an AI-first culture encourage team members to learn AI/ML tools, use automation in delivery, and apply AI where it makes sense.



• Learning & Growth Advocacy:

  Motivate the team to take courses, certifications (MCPs, Sitecore, AEM, etc.), and contribute to their learning path. Make it clear: we re invested in their growth.



• Vendor & Resource Coordination:

  Manage external partners, freelancers, and resource allocations. Review and approve timesheets, tasks, and quality of delivery.



• Digital Branding & Community Building:

  Represent Arroact by attending events (India & abroad), conducting internal/external webinars, and contributing to LinkedIn posts, podcasts, and other thought-leadership initiatives.



• Delivery Ownership:

  Lead delivery execution using agile tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.), ensuring quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction.

• 3 5+ years of experience leading technical teams or managing web/CMS projects


• Understands

  CMS platforms

  and how to deliver on complex digital builds


• Can guide a team

  without micromanaging

  you tell them what to do, not how


• Believes in growing others you support smarter people around you, and push them to grow


• Interested in

  AI/ML

  , not just as a buzzword but as a future for the team


• Socially active and

  not afraid to share knowledge

  , inspire others, and represent your work

• Certifications in

  Scrum, PMP, Agile
