We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Java & AI Developer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and a strong interest or exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing intelligent, Java-based backend systems, integrating AI capabilities using Python, and working with AEM to build and customize enterprise-grade digital experiences.
Develop and maintain Java-based applications, APIs, and AEM components.
Customize and extend AEM functionalities for enterprise-level CMS solutions.
Integrate AI/ML models (developed in Python) into web or backend services.
Work with content and digital marketing teams to build smart content workflows and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, frontend developers, and designers.
Contribute to AI-related feature prototyping, implementation, and optimization.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
Stay updated with latest trends in AEM, Java backend, and AI integrations.
1 3 years of professional experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .
Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming.
Exposure to AI/ML concepts , libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or OpenAI , or hands-on experimentation.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for scripting or AI-related tasks.
Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and relational or NoSQL databases.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Familiarity with AEM architecture (components, templates, dialogs, workflows, etc.).
Experience integrating AI models into AEM or other CMS-driven environments.
Knowledge of modern DevOps practices, CI/CD, or cloud deployments.
Prior contributions to projects involving content intelligence or automation.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
