About the Role

Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end delivery of

  MarTech-driven projects

  within the banking domain
• Design, configure, and manage

  customer journeys, events, and attributes

  across MarTech platforms
• Work closely with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical execution
• Manage project planning, timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure seamless integration of MarTech tools with core banking systems, CRM, analytics, and data platforms
• Drive requirements gathering, technical documentation, and solution design
• Monitor campaign performance, data accuracy, and platform effectiveness
• Act as a single point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and external partners
• Ensure compliance with banking security, data privacy, and regulatory standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of experience as a

  Technical Project Manager / Tech PM / MarTech Project Manager

• Strong hands-on experience

  in creating and managing:
• Customer Journeys
• Events & Triggers
• Attributes & User Profiles
• Proven experience working in the

  Banking / Financial Services domain

• Solid understanding of

  MarTech ecosystems

  (Campaign management, CRM, CDP, Analytics, Automation tools)
• Good technical knowledge of:
• APIs & system integrations
• Data flows, event-based architectures
• SQL / basic data analysis (preferred)
• Experience working with cross-functional agile teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience with popular MarTech platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage, etc.)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Understanding of analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting
• Prior experience working with vendors and third-party MarTech tools
