Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and technical Workplace Technology projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery on time and within budget.
- Expertise in creating reports, metrics and carving a story out of data is a must.
- Business Analysis and reporting knowledge on creating multiple reporting to showcase value add in terms of metrics of the operational work across teams- Must
- Play a scrum master role in facilitating teams to deliver with efficiency, and better work backlog management.
- Extensive knowledge of JIRA management, JIRA reporting and lead sprint planning, prioritization and retrospectives with business leads.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and define project goals, scope, benefits, and success metrics.
- Translate user and business requirements into actionable project plans, backlogs, and roadmaps that reflect both technical and organizational priorities.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, service owners, architects, and support functions to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery.
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor to business units, helping shape future workplace experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and scalable.
- Drive all phases of the solution lifecycle from concept and design to implementation, testing, and service transition.
- Monitor and manage risks, dependencies, and change management needs proactively; develop clear mitigation plans and communication strategies.
- Promote agile practices, lead sprint planning sessions, and facilitate retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
- Track progress, report to stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions to manage scope, priorities, and trade-offs effectively.
- Champion adoption by identifying training, communications, and support needs; design and execute inclusive rollout strategies.

- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills for project documentation, stakeholder presentations, and internal communications.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Project Management or Agile certification preferred.
