Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated

Technical Project Manager (TPM)

with proven expertise in

end-to-end project delivery

. The TPM will be responsible for leading

complex IT implementations

, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful rollout of our healthcare product.This role requires

strong project management and technical leadership skills

, with the ability to work closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Manage project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies; maintain RAID logs.
  • Coordinate integration initiatives with internal and external technical teams.
  • Oversee data migration, mapping, and interoperability deliverables.
  • Drive testing, validation, and quality assurance phases.
  • Provide clear client communication, including executive reporting and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-14 years of Overall experience
  • 510 years of relevant experience in technical project management.
  • Strong track record delivering enterprise IT implementations.
  • Expertise in Agile / Scrum project management tools and practices (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of data migration, integrations, and APIs.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for improving outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • US Healthcare Domain Experience
  • Familiarity with payer-provider-pharmacy integrations.
  • Experience with EHRs and payer systems.
  • Background working with U.S. healthcare regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, CMS compliance).
