We are hiring for Technical Program Manager –

Job Location: PUNE And  Bangalore

Key requirements for a Technical Program Manager:

• 14 to 20 Years of Overall experience in Software Development Testing Preferably in Embedded C, CPP or Cloud AWS or Azure related Projects.

• Minimum 5 to 6 Years of hands-on experience in Software Development/Testing.

• Preferably from Automotive Virtualization domain.

• Must have Risk Management experience in Program Management Capacity: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact.

• Must have knowledge of Stakeholder management Customers,Vendors Preferably from Japan region.

• As Program Manager, providing strategic guidance to project managers.

• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of project stakeholders, including team members and vendors, also Monitor Resource usage to avoid under or over utilization.

• Communication skills: He or She should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team, stakeholders, and other PM PL’s.

• Tracking progress, overseeing project timelines, and reporting on performance to ensure milestones and deliverables are met

• Allocating resources, managing budgets across projects, and ensuring funding is used effectively.

• Strong Experience in handling unexpected challenges, such as budget constraints, resource shortages, or shifts in stakeholder expectations, Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

• Organizational and time management skills
