Position: Technical Project Manager*

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Account Management: Manage multiple customer accounts, serve as the primary point of contact, and provide subject matter expertise on cloud collaboration platforms and CMS solutions.
Technical Support: Support pre-release testing, collect customer feedback, and escalate technical issues to Google Support Team.
Adoption and Analytics: Lead adoption efforts, analyze usage metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services.
Stakeholder Management: Conduct executive-level stakeholder meetings and act as a customer advocate to product teams.
