The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily standups, sprint planning, retros, and weekly syncs • Own project timelines, blockers, priorities, and delivery checkpoints • Ensure end-to-end visibility via tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack • Maintain strong accountability across Dev, QA, Design, and Product • Coordinate closely with the CTO and leadership on execution plans • Translate product requirements into actionable engineering tasks • Identify gaps, risks, or delays early — and drive solutions proactively • Champion global standards for productivity, code quality, and scale

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of experience in product/project management (tech focus) • Proven success leading remote, cross-functional teams • Strong technical orientation: understand platforms, APIs, sprints • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Mastery of Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace • Excellent communicator: crisp updates, issue tracking, and follow-through • Accountable, independent, team-first mindset • Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile startup environments • High attention to detail and follow-up

Bonus Points

• Experience in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 product delivery • Background in QA, development, or technical writing • Experience working with founders/CTOs directly • Familiarity with product lifecycle from MVP to scale

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Excellent leadership and communication skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiar with Scrum methodologies
