Position Overview

Technical Manager – Calibration

a single combined role

Key Responsibilities

Perform and supervise
fluid flow meter calibration
(in-house & on-site) as per
ISO/IEC 17025 (NABL)
.
Operate, maintain, and validate
flow calibration rigs, master instruments, and reference standards
.
Prepare, review, and approve
calibration data, uncertainty calculations, and calibration certificates
.
Ensure
traceability, SOP adherence, and documentation control
.
Manage
NABL activities
including internal audits, surveillance audits, corrective actions, and assessments.
Monitor lab productivity, quality performance, and continual improvement activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree / Diploma in
Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
.
2+ years experience
in a
NABL calibration laboratory
(Fluid Flow preferred).
Strong knowledge of:
ISO/IEC 17025 & NABL requirements
Measurement uncertainty & CMC
Flow measurement principles (Electromagnetic, Ultrasonic, etc.)
Calibration documentation & audits
Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
