Technical Manager

Role Overview: As a Technical Manager at INVENTA Technologies Pvt Limited, your main responsibility will be to oversee day-to-day R&D operations and provide solutions to clients" requirements by understanding exact applications, product development via formulations and compounding. You will play a crucial role in realizing the R&D product in customers" plant, leading the team, ensuring projects meet technical specifications, and contributing to the strategic development of the company's solutions. Additionally, you will provide analytical insights to support decision-making processes. Key Responsibility: - Lead the team in R&D operations - Provide solutions to clients" requirements through product development and compounding - Ensure projects meet technical specifications - Contribute to the strategic development of the company's solutions - Provide analytical insights to support decision-making processes Qualification Required: - Team Management and Project Management skills - Technical Support capabilities - Research and Development (R&D) experience including Polymer Compounding/Formulations - Strong Analytical Skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur - Experience in the polymer or manufacturing industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field,
