Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership
Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Own and manage the P&L for the technology division, optimizing budgets, costs, and revenue opportunities.
Partner with executive leadership to align tech initiatives with long-term growth strategies.
Innovation & Product Development
Foster a culture of innovation, driving R&D, emerging tech adoption, and digital transformation.
Lead the creation of new products, platforms, and services to strengthen market positioning.
Evaluate and integrate advanced technologies (AI/ML, Cloud, IoT, Blockchain, etc.) to deliver competitive advantage.
Technology Unit Expansion
Scale and strengthen the technology unit by hiring, training, and developing top talent.
Implement agile structures, processes, and systems to support rapid business growth.
Build and maintain strong vendor, partner, and stakeholder relationships to expand capabilities.
Operational Excellence
Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of platforms, infrastructure, and solutions.
Oversee IT governance, compliance, and risk management to meet industry standards.
Drive operational efficiency through automation and technology-driven process optimization.
