JOB TITLE : Technical Lead (Fulltime and Regular assignment) Department : Corporate Resource, Experience : 15+ years Reporting : Chairmans office / CFO, Location : Hyderabad GENERAL DESCRIPTION/OVERVIEW OF THE JOB : The incumbent provides complete technical advice in given domain on mineral processing, projects (brownfield/greenfield) and supports management to take appropriate reviews / decisions for all day- to-day operations of various ongoing projects and strategic decision for upcoming business domains. The incumbent will involve in ongoing and future projects to ensure development and implementation for continuous improvement. Demonstrate drive and initiative to tackle problems/opportunities, maintain high levels of productivity The incumbent will be a SME (Subject Matter Expert) to help us make sure that we are on right track Key Responsibilities : Will be SPOC for coordinating with all business heads (different mineral projects / mining projects / business operation heads) and draw up regular MIS on, to facilitate prompt decision making provides technical insight on all project domains and supports management for day-to-day progress reviews on ongoing projects. production targets-vs-actuals, backlogs upon commissioning of the projects Technical performance parameters Monitor and evaluate Project progress/ performance data, make reports and facilitate senior management teams in process improvement and value adding, decision making etc., Holds strong knowledge for costing, budgeting and verifying production costs submitted by respective business heads (as part of shouldering P&L achievement on all technical aspects) understanding of operational policies and procedures to create, compose and edit executive correspondence and documentation Maintain a repository of complete end–to-end flowcharts of all processes of various projects by coordinating with respective functional heads/ teams Continue to learn new technologies and innovative solutions to address challenges and assist with development and deployment of new technologies that are both functional and appropriate Using internal and external resources, creates proposals and comparative illustrations of benefit plan options for prospective works Study, analyse and submit recommendations for the given projects/ test cases and to coordinate application integration Facilitate in training of technical and non-technical personnel, including active mentoring of junior staff members on all SOPs and compliances Maintain a strong professional and community network and broad understanding of the target market community to set benchmarking Possesses skills on market intelligence, product costing, product fitment, niche markets techniques Perform other duties and tasks as needed Office / Functional skills B.Tech / B.E (Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering / Mineral Processing) Ability to handle complex transactions Holds high initiative levels and strong analytical skills Well versed with, software, applications, and systems which supports for Projects monitoring Knowledge of technical products, applications, and protocols Telugu speaking Mandate Travelling to sites (Kadapa , Anathapur, Vizag)
