Technical Lead

As a technical lead at Netweb Technologies, your role will involve leading a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust software solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Architecting and implementing front-end interfaces using React to create intuitive and responsive user experiences. - Designing and developing backend APIs and services using Django and FastAPI to support frontend functionality. - Implementing and maintaining DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure as code. - Managing and optimizing databases, including MongoDB and PostgreSQL, for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining high code quality standards. - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. - Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. - Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance development processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - Extensive experience working with React, Django, and FastAPI in production environments. - Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation. - Proficiency in managing and optimizing MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases. - Solid knowledge of Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals. - Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
