JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role - Technical Lead Job Description The consultant should have a strong experience of 12+ yrs in Banking and Diversified Financial Services Domain and Development in T24.

Should be able to drive and manage team of developers and provide support to the Delivery team for Banking and Diversified Financial Services related projects/programs.

Should be able to work closely with client and ensure that the business requirements are appropriately translated to development specifications.

The consultant should have experience with the various aspects of Development that entail – L3 Java, Info Basic, Analysis, Solution definition, design of technical solution, development, packaging and DevOPs

Key Requirements: ·

The consultant should have good knowledge in Banking and Diversified Financial domain area of retail, Corporate Accounting

· Experience in converting documented business requirements, process flows and functional designs to technical design

· Minimum 10 year experience in Development · Must Have proven skills of leading a team of 10+ developers · Successful Delivery record of developments

· Experience in handling DevOPs tools like Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins

· Experienced in handling remote engagement model

· Experience in R20, with Design Studio and good knowledge of L3 Java

· Be able to understand the requirements, scope definition, estimating to proposal preparation

· Strong written and oral communication skills Responsibilities:

· Be able to direct and facilitate client communication sessions and workshops.

Ability to interact at all levels of clients’ organizations.

· Consistently deliver accurate, clear, and concise messages verbally and/or in writing to effectively inform an audience

· Flexibility in travel. Qualification Bachelor’s degree
